MCDS Network & Services SDN BHD “MCDS Network” was established by a group of experienced software professionals as an independent software house. Our mission is to develop operating credit bureau services on logistic and transport industries- Generate credit report, and as centre bureau credit data warehouse and dispute management centre

 

MCDS Group Of Company build a browser-based application that provide the necessary functions for MFICS to manage customer enquiries, control retrieval of credit reports, and reduce paper work in providing support services to customer, to both internal and external. It is designed to put the management, workflow and security in mind so that a smooth stream of customer service operations can be achieved.

Its main objectives are to:

• Facilitate the authentication process in controlled retrieval of credit reports
• Streamline the process of managing enquiry requests and dispute investigation
• Facilitate operation monitoring and management reporting
• Facilitate retrieval of information including security report
